Pre Orders
Please note whilst the expected arrival times of your item/s quoted on the website at the time of ordering are accurate release dates and supplier ETA's are subject to change beyond our control without notice. High demand items may also be allocated due to us receiving less stock than we have expected which may lead us to unfortunately having to reduce quantities of an item or cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding should any of this occur.
Returns
Gametraders Seaford Online offers the option to refund provided you meet our return conditions and the statutory rights guidelines as set by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC). For more information follow this link

If you have met all requirements and conditions as outlined above our customer service team will process your refund and notify you via once this has been processed.
Change of Mind
We understand things happen. If you have changed your mind and no longer require an item ordered online you may request a refund prior to the item shipping. Change of mind refunds are not available after the item has shipped.
For purchaes made instore we may offer you a change of mind return provided that:
- The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
- You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase (see below)
- The merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered.
- If an order for pre order/special order items is cancelled once the item has arrived in store a 20% restocking fee applies.
Refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents for change of mind:
- Original register receipt tax invoice (electronic or photograph will be accepted).
- Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted).
- Original return/exchange receipt/gift receipt.
Please note that our team members are not responsible for proving your purchase. You must supply the proof of purchase, which our team members can validate.
Both Online and Instore refunds for change of mind will attract a processing fee as outlined below depending on the way you paid for your order. This is the same fee we are charged by our website merchant facility and payment partners for providing you with your refund.
Please note: Online Purchases where the customer requests a refund after selecting Collect in Store as their shipping method when they require the order to be shipped and do not wish to pay additional shipping fees where applicable will also attract Change of Mind processing fees.
For Instore Purchases:
Credit Card: 0% Paypal: 0% Afterpay: 6% ZipPay: 5% Latitude Pay: 1%
For Online Purchases:
Credit Card: 2% Paypal: 2% Afterpay: 8% ZipPay: 7% Latitude Pay: 3%
Refund Payment
Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment in the same currency at the current exchange rate. Gametraders Seaford Online will not be liable for any movement in exchange rates.
Credit Cards : Payment will be made to the exact same credit card that was used for payment. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card.
In the event of your card expiring or being cancelled, the refund will need to be made through Bank Transfer. Gametraders Seaford can not refund money onto a different credit card.
Paypal: Payments will be refunded into a Paypal account if that was the original form of payment.
By Now Pay Later: Refunds are processed by us through the relevant payment provider who then issue the refund directly to you.
Returns/Refund Process Time
Returns generally take 2-5 business days to reach our store. Once received, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
If Your Item Is Faulty
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact Gametraders Seaford Online within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We also request that you take a photo showing the defect/fault to speed up the process.
Please note imperfections in product packaging such as tears, creases, dents, etc where the product is unaffected or variations to products that are hand made/finished are not considered defects or faults and are not grounds for a refund or return.
If You Received An Item You Didn't Order
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact Gametraders Seaford Online and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
